Well if you will watch the whole tutorial and understand the basics you can do it just duplicating and editing scripts. Like, duplicate the prefab of the turret and add some little visual changes. Then change the stats of the turret, understand the upgrading system and uptade it for multiple upgrades. It's up to you, cheers.

What I did was created a new prefab for each turret, add a little animation, changed the colors of the turret, made it more buff, and then just ran a simple check in the upgrade turret using a bool in the turret script called, well, upgraded. then to keep balance, i increase the sell and upgrade price. I dont know if this helps, but its what I decided to do. Hope this helps!
