How to plot the analysis graph like the graph in the paper? #78

Is there any python package or visualization method which can process the face mesh, so that it can display the color with some rules, points with different color or mesh with different color like above, even more the mesh lines among the mesh? Are pytorch3d or psbody.mesh able to do that? Thanks for helping!
