Não consigo criar nova instância #2424

What did you do?
Não estou conseguindo criar uma nova instância no EvolutionAPI.. não aparece o botão "+ instância" verde.
Ao invés disso aparece uma mensagem de erro "this application is taking longer to load. pleaase try again in a few minutes".

O botão verde de criar aparecesse
