Web: Test your plugin chat

We need to implement a chat that connect our plugin to chatGpt.
The api specs are there GenesiAI/PluginsApi#46 and GenesiAI/PluginsApi#47

The layout need to be somthing like that:

The layout is done, we need to test it.
Just for note:

• if the content text starts with §GENESI_NO_CHATGPT§ --> I'll wait 2 seconds and reply with the same content (this is useful for us because we don't want to pay for the test).
• if the content text starts with §GENESI_ERROR§ --> I'll wait 2 seconds and simulate an HTTP error.

In this two case we don't call the backend
