Proposed changes (minor) for filenames when using DynAdjust ‘--export…’ arguments

This proposal was raised on several occasions during 2025 for review and feedback, to the Adjustment Working Group (AWG) of the Geodesy Working Group (GWG) within the Australia & New Zealand Intergovernmental Committee on Surveying and Mapping (ICSM).
No salient opposition was encountered, but also limited / ambivalent support.
