Migrate to react-router-dom v7 #301

@zalexa19

Description

@zalexa19

React Router v7 has been released with breaking changes. Since we recently upgraded to v6 in #300, we should plan a migration to v7 to stay current with the latest features and improvements.

Motivation

Stay up-to-date with the latest react-router-dom version
Access to new features and performance improvements
Ensure long-term maintainability and security updates

Breaking Changes to Review

Key breaking changes in v7 typically include:

  • Changes to route configuration API
  • Updates to navigation hooks
  • Modifications to route matching behavior
  • Changes to loader/action APIs (if using data routers)

Acceptance Criteria

  • All routes work as expected
  • No console warnings related to react-router-dom
  • Application builds without errors

Notes
This is a breaking change upgrade and should be thoroughly tested before merging.
