as an administrator, I would like all files uploaded scanned for viruses

this should use clam AV. It should be configurable in admin as an option.

Since clam av can be installed in different directories, if you need to declare the location of clamav executable, that should be done in admin not text file configuration.

The user should know if the scan is successful or failed. If it failed, that files needs to be removed and the user notified in the gui.
