User should automatically be granted "Can Share Report with Dashboard" permission with Can Manage Dashboard or Can Manage Multi Data Set Dashboard set ON.

Should not be able to set Can Share Report With Dashboard to OFF when either Dashboard permission is ON

'Can Share Report with Dashboard' only shared report with dashboard not with multi dataset dashboard. So, we only need to restrict this permission with 'Can Manage Dashboard' not with 'Can Manage MutiDataSet Dashboard'.

There is another scenario which is, we should not display reports on create/update page for both dashboard and multi dataset dashboard if 'Can Share Report with Dashboard' is set to 'OFF'.

Only display reports on add/edit page of dashboard and multi dataset dashboard if 'Can Share Report with Dashboard' permission is set to 'ON'.
