Manually add initial sitemap

We are going to have a more automated sitemap generation process, but for MVP of initial launch we will manually generate the sitemap

This should include

• All active feeds for gbfs, gtfs, gtfs_rt

Let's include all the feeds that are available in the search:

• status=active,inactive,development,future
• operational_status=published
