email service return 404 error

Yes - I've already checked

🐛 Describe the bug

When I do a request to the Help button on any node web site (e.g. pds.nasa.gov or sbn).

I get a 404 error on the back-end email service.

But the email message arrives to the support email.

This looks like the previous bug #21 but I would say the cause is different and CORS is not the issue here.

🕵️ Expected behavior

I expected not to have this pop-up error.
