Split up jet runcards for - [ ] `ATLAS_1JET_8TEV_R06`, - [ ] `ATLAS_2JET_7TEV_R06` (commit e7deef019bb5dfe684ca24064b217c8a178f17f5, probably needs the pole cancellation check disabled), - [x] `CMS_2JET_7TEV` (commits 2bd1c064926268aff98e6fcb991a24503cfbd1e4 and 961490ad8a99455b019a93ee94847dd53d7845c9) and - [ ] `CMS_2JET_8TEV_3D`. The last one has low priority, since I won't be included in the NNPDF4.0 fit. See also https://github.com/NNPDF/runcards/issues/105, which is used instead.
