Approximation operators

**What?**
Add approximation variants of some operators that use faster, less accurate, algorithms.

**Why?**
Why not?

**Concretely** (written with a "=" for readability):

~*= for fast multiplication
~/= for fast division

Other variants could be added for future operands, if added, such as ~^= for fast exponentiation.
