It's not a bug, I just want to know why Sain's AI always attacks my abdomen (stomach)

Every time the AI shoots me at close range, it always damages my stomach first instead of my chest. I feel this reaction is not like the normal player's shooting results. Is there any way to adjust this? For example, turning off Always Aim Center Mass Global?
