New wiki account system

Not directly a website issue, but related to our group websites in general.

We should move our wiki account away from the legacy WordPress system to completely get rid of it.

One alternative is to tie the wiki account to GitHub organization:

• no separate account to remember
• anyone in the SymbioticLab organization will automatically have access to the wiki

I roughly looked into this. Should be possible with the Dokuwiki oauth plugin, and a private Github App.

In the future, we may also move away from Dokuwiki as well because our department server is much less reliable than e.g. GitHub.

But it's not possible now to have a private GitHub page website, and the private repo's built-in wiki is too limited compared to what Dokuwiki has to offer.
