[Feat]: Investigation of IFC-lite

What is your idea?

There is similar project: https://github.com/louistrue/ifc-lite

They are saying that they are faster in some case, maybe we can investigate those part and improve web-ifc.

I gave it a try, it seems that some models are indeed loaded few seconds faster, but the quality of the generated geometry is significantly worse.
