bulk import logs from header

Context

Users need to be able to access the bulk import log overview and the imports they have access to so they can manage and process their imported data.

User Story

As a signed in Researcher+, I can access the bulk import log overview page from the header menu.

Technical Notes

• Contributors do not see this option in the menu from the header (designs will be updated to reflect)
• opens page at /bulkimportlog

PS: I guess to run the frontend I first need to run the backend.

How can I run the backend? I tried this

but got this error in my docker. As the sage-1 just stops and gives this error
