Add Telegram extended data support

[Xasin]

Those being:

• Emoji's as well as Stickers (can be nice especially to receive!)
• Media Files like sending or receiving audio
• Definitely polls

And since it's also kinda data, saving and loading configurations for Telegram to a JSON-Formatted list, probably.
It'd work.
