There are algorithmic errors in the implementation, and they are presented here

The description in the README file may need more clarification.

Also: Consider improving accuracy of .CSV files to be better than 0.1 arcminutes. This is currently the biggest known algorithmic error. This will involve working with the SkyAlmanac fork and generating a new set of CSV files.
