Hi everyone,
We are thrilled to announce the release of the first round of UX improvements! Step by step, these changes will redesign the entire product into a modern, more intuitive, and visually appealing interface.
In version 3.4.18, we introduced a new onboarding screen that appears for new users and those upgrading who are not authenticated to any site:
While we’ll continue enhancing this screen based on telemetry-driven insights, we hope the new UI offers a better welcome experience for our new users!
In version 3.4.20, we added new sidebar panels for displaying Jira tickets:
Assigned Jira Work Items: This panel allows users to quickly see their assigned and open Jira tickets across all authenticated Jira sites. Tickets are displayed in a flattened list, and are sorted by the latest ticket updates in descending order.
Custom JQL Filters: This panel enhances the existing "Jira Issues" panel by displaying customized JQL queries instead of all queries. Default JQL queries show only non-closed tickets assigned to the user, which are already visible in the "Assigned Jira Work Items" panel. The Custom JQL Filters panel will be hidden when no customized queries are available to reduce clutter.
We hope you enjoy these UX upgrades, and we promise that more are coming your way soon!
Please let us know your thoughts—we’d love to hear your feedback!
