Save layout algorithm choice in schema explorer #1430
Description
If the user chooses a layout algorithm that is not the default, it should be saved & restored each time the schema explorer is opened.
Considerations
- Should the layout be chosen at the app level or connection level?
- Should the layout picker have a button to set the default layout?
