For amd64 SEH the following items need work:

• Implement collided unwind.
• Implement nested exception.
• Implement history table
• Exception-safe setjmp/longjmp
• Implement stack trace
• On x64, Clang/LLVM doesn't generate the correct scope table for exceptions thrown in the same frame #10

For most of these we can look at WINE code.
