Dashboard should explain error messages in more detail with actionable debugging suggestions

@xmcai2016 - It looks like is a an error message/mapping in retrievalbot. What are you looking for beyond these error messages?

@jlogelin I am looking for a “suggestion” kind of message that helps users debug faster. e.g. “check whether you have turned on booster-http”.

Ok, I think this might have to be something like an optional and configurable hint field coming from RetrievalBot's backend. As with all debug statements, we will never be able to offer a suggestion for every single error that occurs, however we could probably cover 95% of error cases with a system that allows us to catch and map error hints to the end users, as they bubble up.
