The image flickers and there are image errors in the game list.

I have an AMD 3550H with Vega 8 graphics and 32GB of RAM. It won't let me run games properly. If they're PAL, I have to set the video to PAL. If I set it to NTSC, I can't see anything. The sound is fine, but nothing is seen. Only a few frames can be seen when I maximize and minimize the emulator. Even switching to OpenGL, Vulkan, or Dummy Video Interface doesn't resolve anything. The game list also has a corrupted image, and only black lines are visible every time I scroll through the games. Only if I click on one with the mouse is the metadata visible. However, when I scroll again, the error reappears.
