Test Node v24 as well as latest

Right now, CI hits Node v20 and v22, and then latest (which is 25). It should probably also hit v24? https://github.com/e18e/module-replacements/blob/main/.github/workflows/main.yml

its unlikely specifically 24 would break in a way that 22 and 25 still work, but you are technically correct we should be testing against LTS.
