[chunks] shall we use devbox/nixpkgs for managing versions?

About this issue

Instead of managing them via seperate version managers for each language, we're considering using devbox global add <whatever>@<version>¹ or nix profile install github:NixOS/nixpkgs/<maybe-we-should-lock-commit-id>#<whatever>.

I'm still considering this, even though I'm away for school, but for now, this will be on the back burner.
