Can't Have Multiple Files Open at the same time in different tabs

I have tried ekphos, and there is a lot to like about it. However, I usually have lots of files open at the same time in Obsidian, and I control + tab through the files to get to a new one. However, with ekphos, I can only have the one file open at a time. That in itself would keep me from using ekphos. Do you have any plans to have different files open in tabs? For a lot of what I do, that one feature would let me replace Obsidian and access my vault files via a terminal program instead.

I think performance wise should be fine, we can just lazy load the notes after the first 8. The tricky part is the split view for content and editor. Let me think through this first.

Surely a must have to be able to leave my faithful Joplin.
AFAIC, priorities would be:

• multi-tab, i.e. get my C-Tab navigation between opened tabs, even if not displayed at the same time
• split view of 2 (or more for wide screens) notes
• split view of one note in edit mode and another in view mode
• split view of the same note in edit/view modes, ideally autorendered and scroll synched;
