Support for GRDB.swift

Curious if it would be to integrate with GRDB.swift

Similar to SQLite.swift issue. Does this work with GRDB? afaik GRDB is the primary choice for iOS apps built with Sqlite database outside of swift data/core data.

I was wondering if it'd be straightforward to use this along with GRDB. Thoughts? 🤔

I've wanted to do the same thing and spent like a week figuring it out 😅. But I got it working! I have a full example setup with a step-by-step guide here: https://github.com/SwiftedMind/GRDBCustomSQLiteBuild

It started with a discussion I posted on the GRDB repository: groue/GRDB.swift#1761

It's been working extremely well for me so far. The only caveat is that you do need to make a tiny adjustment in the GRDB repo that you clone into your project (which is necessary to support custom SQLiteBuilds), to expose the sqlite3ext.h file.

I think it should be possible to bake this small change directly into GRDB, but I haven't heard back yet if that's possible.
