[BUG] CollectMidiLogs, if run directly, creates a file just named ".zip" in current folder

CollectMidiLogs is delivered with RC4 to enable better bug reporting.

Need to update the script so that when it isn't launched from MIDI Settings, it creates the file in temp (not Program Files) and gives it a name.
