Add Language Filter and Column to Events Section #1468

Our university records classes in multiple languages. It would be helpful to have a way to filter events by language in the Events section. This would make it easier for users to quickly find events in their preferred language.
Requested new feature:
- Display the Language information as a new column in the events table view.
- Add a new "Language" filter to the Events section.
