Add an option for paragraph spacing

Currently you can only change the font size in reader view, but raising the font size a lot makes the text too cluttered. Would be fantastic if there was also a slider for paragraph spacing to make things easier to read.

I will add to this as I have an issue with the reader as well.

It's just too hard to read on it. I don't really like that it takes the full width of the screen. Ideally, there should be margin on the left and right and be centered with only a maximum of 15-20 words per line.

I agree with more spacing between paragraphs as well.

And I would like to see images being centered. A bit like the default reader mode in the browser.
