Qcam will not save file if user doesn't manually add extension

Current behavior

When choosing the "save file" button, the user is presented with the default folder/file dialog. If the user simply types a file name without extension, the input is ignored and the file is never saved - it fails silently.

Expected behavior

Either to default to a file extension, or, at least, ask user to choose one.

I'm afraid we don't have any control of the qcam app as it's written by the libcamera maintainers. Pinging @kbingham.

The qcam app was really just a test app to get the project started though - it doesn't get a lot of development attention, so patches certainly welcome to the libcamera project directly!

I only saw this because I gave a Raspberry Pi to a kid, and he wanted to use something like the "Photo Booth" app of MacOS and I was shocked to realize there's no such a thing on the OS, but that Qcam does enough. I will try to work on a patch then.

'cheese' or 'snapshot' are possibly more suitable. (patches always still welcome though :D)
