Get through firewalls

Currently seeding from the browser on a desktop doesn't work. You have to initiate the connection, peers can not initiate a connection with you.

This is a feature that needs to be implemented in WebTorrent webtorrent/webtorrent#195

Current plan for this. I would like to implement a kad based decentralized rendezvous point. While this would be a project in-and-of itself, it would solve the problem we are having with NAT in a reliable and repeatable way.
