Clarify the actual location of RoKit root directory

System: MSYS2 MINGW64 on Windows 10

I spent over 30 minutes finding the RoKit directory within my home directory in MSYS2.

Then, I realized .rokit is in my Windows home directory.

What my .rokit directory should be said with rokit system-info is C:/Users/USERNAME/.rokit because the tilde can also mean the MSYS2 home directory. This is for Cygwin and MSYS2 users.
