Add 6/12/24 dB/Oct filters.
Add the ability to turn the upper and lower EQ bands into shelving bands.
Additionally, add a new EQ Fade cue which would allow EQ parameters to be faded the same way as volume cues.
Internally, the EQ will need to keep track of the last EQ parameters since the last Read call, and if they differ, lerp the EQ parameters (recalulculating the coeffs fit each sample).
