Geo CO default form includes text1 for the "Quality" field and pick list, which uses a star ranking method.
Currently, the pick list items for this field are written descriptions of stars, i.e., "1 Star", "2 Stars", and so on.
This is functional, but I wouldn't say optimal.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Change PL definition to utilize star symbol (★) for PL Item title field values:
PL Items would appear as follows when selecting:
And like so when selected:
I've confirmed it works in queries and with operators!
