get e2e tests passing

It's been a while since I looked into this project, now the e2e tests are failing. I am keen to get some help on fixing the tests so they are running again

Basically looking to get the e2e tests running again.

Possibly a good place to start is getting this test to run and pass. It converts a Markdown file to a mocha test: https://github.com/vimark1/seleniumjs/blob/master/test/e2e/seleniumjs.spec.ts
