At the moment, we list the number of failures in the monitoring table but no details. It's difficult to troubleshoot and understand what the root cause is here. We have agent logs internally and should surface them. Minimally, it'd be nice to have the most recent error seen, but ideally we can get the full list (for a given or set timeframe)
