crashes with create pumps

when trying to pump water into the aqueducts with a create pump it crashes the games.

only found out because i was trying to test and see if i could pull water out of it with create

steps to reproduce

connect create pump and tank with water in it to the aqueduct
power pump to push water into it aqueduct
crash

on a side note it doesnt crash if the tank is empty

ok even weirder now i cant replicate it so maybe it was just a weird fringe case in that world
