Full-stack software engineer based in Denmark. Founder of AG Web Studios. I work across scalable web systems and distributed infrastructure — from Next.js applications to open-source projects running in production.
- Running AG Web Studios, a web agency serving retained clients
- Studying at Teknisk Gymnasium LF (HTX) as a second year student
- Maintaining Velocity Limbo Handler, used on 1,000+ Minecraft server networks
Mentored 1,000+ students in React and modern frontend architecture at Frontend Simplified (2022–2024). Before founding AG Web Studios in January 2025, I ran freelance and contract development for two years — mostly Next.js, Node.js, and Supabase/Firebase stacks, with a focus on load times and CI/CD.
- velocity-limbo-handler — Infrastructure plugin for Velocity proxies. Per-server queueing, async reconnection, concurrency-safe event handling. Soak-tested at ~5,000 simulated players on an M2 with a 2GB heap cap; plugin execution measured at ~0.78% of proxied activity.
- Realtime Messaging App — Next.js, MongoDB, Prisma, Pusher, NextAuth. Group messaging with Cloudinary media storage.
I write at akselglyholt.com/blog where I post a mix of engineering notes from projects I'm shipping and lessons from building AG Web Studios.
