- added ducking/crouching option - fixed small issue where if can_sprint statement would always override movement_speed - split collider in to 3 colliders to be able to duck (turn off top collider)

I used your proto-controlled code, and added simple code and changes to enable duck/crouch functionality. If you think that the code is clean and changes are useful, you can merge it with your code.
