First draft of content with other changes for bringing in sync with actuality.

I have just corrected two statements which were inaccurate.
@PJMODOS could you confirm if we should be adding this detail or you see another way to summarize this and present?
Also, I have not 100% sure of the feature vs postgres version matrix here. It may be good if someone else takes a look.
