Explanation of Change
useArchivedReportsIdSetwas called insideReportsSplitNavigatorandAuthScreens— both are high-level navigators that re-render on every React context or Onyx update. Subscribing to the fullREPORT_NAME_VALUE_PAIRScollection at this level caused the entire navigator tree to re-render whenever any report was archived or unarchived, even when nothing in the navigator itself needed to change. The fix removes the hook from both navigators entirely.
MarkAllMessageAsReadnow owns its ownOnyx.connectWithoutViewsubscription forREPORT_NAME_VALUE_PAIRSand callsisArchivedReport()inline, keeping the data access co-located with the only place it is used. This also fixes a staleness bug inAuthScreenswhere theuseEffect([], [])keyboard-shortcut setup captured thearchivedReportsIdSetvalue at mount time and never saw subsequent changes.ReportsSplitNavigatorusedarchivedReportsIdSetonly inside auseStateinitializer (runs once), so the hook was subscribing the navigator to live Onyx updates for a value that was only ever read once.findLastAccessedReportnow reads the data it needs directly, removing the unnecessary subscription.Fixed Issues
