Note

Medium Risk
Upgrades axios and @azure/ms-rest-js across the project (including a major version bump), which can introduce subtle runtime or API behavior changes in HTTP request handling.

Overview
Updates production dependencies to remediate a Snyk-reported vulnerability by bumping axios from 0.27.x to 1.15.0 and @azure/ms-rest-js from 1.x to 2.0.0.

Regenerates package-lock.json accordingly, pulling in new/updated transitive packages (notably proxy-from-env, node-fetch typings, and several small polyfill/util deps) to match the new dependency graph.
