KPMP-dictionary

Dictionary and controlled vocabulary of KPMP

This is the project that standardizes the dictionary and controlled vocabulary in KPMP. The KPMP dictionary is closely related to the KPMP ontologies including our Kidney Tissue Atlas Ontology (KTAO) and Ontology of Precision Medicine and Investigation (OPMI).

The KPMP dictionary is organized based on category:

Anatomic entities, Cell Types, Genes, Phenotypes, etc.
