I am Raufu Abdulrahman (Köded) — a software engineer, systems builder, and someone obsessed with understanding how things work beneath the surface.
I started coding at 9 years old.
Not because I had a grand plan, but because my mom told me to get off the couch and do something productive. Around that time, I was watching shows like Game Shakers, seeing kids build games people actually played. That flipped a switch for me.
I realized something simple but powerful:
the things I enjoy were built by real people.
With my dad’s support, I enrolled in a web development course and wrote my first Hello World.
From there, it became a pattern:
- staying up late at 11, writing HTML and CSS
- breaking things and figuring out why they broke
- rebuilding systems better than before
That curiosity evolved into what I do today — building real systems used in real environments.
I don’t believe in talent as much as people think.
I believe:
- consistency beats talent
- execution beats ideas
- systems beat motivation
And personally?
I just want to build a life where I’m good at what I do, solve real problems, and be alright doing it.
Everything else grows from there.
