Moves the knife tool from the hidden Note Tools dropdown menu to the main edit mode toolbar, placing it alongside Draw, Erase, Select, and Pitch Bend as a first-class edit mode button. Also integrates the TextFloat tooltip so it properly appears when entering knife mode via the toolbar.
