Ports server waypoint events from feature/server-waypoints-phase-5: 5 new event classes, 2 new test classes, expanded IServerAPI interface with full CRUD + share methods, ServerEventRegistry with 5 event fields, WaypointEvent server-side constructor, and WaypointFactory.createWaypoint overloads (deprecating createClientWaypoint).
