Epitech Project of the Radar

This project isn't finished, I handle the collisions and for that i've implemented a quadtree. actually i believed that i'm around 90% of the project

To compil and then run the project, you can do : make then ./my_radar with a file that you generated with generator.py

To learn what you can do with this code, you can use the -h command.
