Updates the GHCR cleanup workflow to reflect the current set of published CI container images, removing a no-longer-built tools image and including the newly supported Debian Trixie image.
Changes:
- Add
debian-trixieto the cleanup matrix so its GHCR package is included in scheduled cleanup. - Remove
tools-rippled-clang-formatfrom the cleanup matrix since it no longer exists.
