The build status and minimum php version badges refer to Travis CI, which has not been used in a very long time. "This Readme covers installation OF LORIS version..." is not true, since the README does not cover the installation but just refers to the readthedocs documentation. "Please consult the ..." is redundant with the installation section below, which refers to the RTD. We have never really supported Heroku. we have also never gotten any questions or support requests about it, which leads me to believe it's either never been used, or works perfectly.

We have never really supported Heroku. We have also never gotten any questions or support requests about it, which leads me to believe it's either never been used, or works perfectly. (Also, according to wikipedia, their free tier was discontinued in 2022.)
